For each extra person in the room not using a roll-in bed is a $25 charge 11.25% room tax not included All rates include full European breakfast which includes cheese blinzes or Russian pancakes served for our guests at: 8 AM, 9 AM and 10 AM. A vegetarian or vegan breakfast is available upon request. We will accomodate our guests if circumstances require a different time of serving breakfast. Reservation Procedures & Policies: Payment We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, travelers checks and cash. We honor telephone reservations with your card number and expiration date, or your check for advance payment. Deposits All reservations require deposits on a per room, per night basis. Amounts are based on room rates & dates. Minimum Stays All of the in-season, weekend reservations require a 2-day minimum stay. Some weekends (graduations, home coming, etc.) reservations require a 3-day minimum stay. Discounts Special rates and discounts are available for more than three nights stay (10%) and for more then 5 nights stay (15%). Cancellations Cancellations must be made ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date, or (in the event your place is not taken by another guest) you will be responsible for full payment. Guests who depart earlier than specified in the confirmed reservation will be charged for the full duration of their stay. On regular weekends, if you plan to shorten your stay, 3 days advance notice is required, or you will be responsible for full payment. Some weekends (graduations, home coming, etc.) require full payment in advance, which will not be refunded upon cancellation. During these weekends the 10-day cancellation policy does not apply. Arrivals and Departures Check in time is 3 pm to 10pm. For later arrivals please call in advance. Checkout time is before 11am.
